I'm not sure what stage of the search we're in because it began many years ago. Of this latest search to find a spot for our long awaited coffee shop, we are somewhat midway. We started out this year as casual shoppers, lookie-loos with no real intentions towards what we saw. We kept narrowing the search; places for sale not rent, the size and of course location, location, location. We are now serious about a place in particular.San Salvador seems poised to sell. I think it may not be too much longer. Of course this is pivotal as those funds would be a necessity and a bit optimistic. So, as we often do, we're preparing to spend money we have not yet earned.
